According to details, Railway Minister Azam Swati while talking to media in Multan said that the railway was continuously suffering from a huge deficit, within 6 to 8 months the railway is coming out of the deficit, railway lands and trains are being outsourced. Measures for passengers are also under consideration.

He said that thousands of trucks come to the dry port, hundreds are written in books, officers are our best but there are a few black sheep, even today I have demoted 4 officers. I am outsourcing railway schools and hospitals,” he said. Azam Swati further said that the railway has land like gold in every city, the best land is in Multan. During his talk, he assured of all possible steps.
