Former kangaroo Test cricketer argues Australia should visit Pakistan.

Former Australian Test cricketer Jeff Lawson has said that Australia’s visit to Pakistan is long overdue and that the country owes Australia a debt of gratitude. Jeff Lawson, a former Test cricketer, has been named in international media. It was encouraging to see the headline stating that a strong Australian squad will be visiting Pakistan this year.

He said that Australia has not played a Test match outside of Australia since the conclusion of the 2019 Ashes series, that Pakistan is a major Test cricketing nation, and that Australia has not visited Pakistan in 24 years.

The former Australian cricketer said that if he had the chance to spend two years in Pakistan as the coach of the Pakistan team, he would do it since Australia would be well-liked in the country. He said that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and other series had brought cricket back to Pakistan.

It’s true that Australia should play cricket in Pakistan without regard to whether or not they win. It should be remembered that Australia is slated to visit Pakistan in March of this year when they will play a Test and One-Day International series against the Pakistani squad.
